• Pyrenees Group: Perfume shops CAOBA:
  Asesment and implementation of 3 new shops in Santander, Jaen and Zamora with a total volume 1.300 m2. Actually we have made the asesment in 18 new shops with a total commercial area 7.500 m2.

• Inditex Group: ZARA, MASSIMO DUTTI, BERSHKA, PULL & BEAR and STRADIVARIUS:
  Implementation of several shops in Spain in 1999-2000.
  Madrid: Renting for commercial use of a building in Serrano Street of 4.300 m2 for Zara. Selling of two commercial places to private investors.
  Salamanca: Renting of a commercial building in the Toro street for Zara: 3.000 m2.
  La Coruña: Renting for commercial use of a building for Pull & Bear: 600 m2.
  Valencia: Renting for commercial use of a building for Bershka: 500 m2.
  Vic (Barcelona): Asesment in renting one commercial place for Bershka: 600 m2.
  Merida (Badajoz): Renting one commercial place for Pull & Bear: 600 m2.
  Badajoz: Rent of a commercial property of about 3.000 m2 of commercial area in the Menacho street main commercial axis of the city. The rent is of about 15.025€ Eu. and it will become rehabilitated an old cinema completely integrating this property in a modern and wide commercial space in the main center commercial of the city.
  Actually we are cooperating to find more different projects in all Spain.

  Madrid: Asesment in renting a commercial place in Alcala street: 2.000 m2.
  Manzanares (Ciudad Real): Asesment to buy a big commercial place for shop/parking/petrol station: 2.500 m2.

• REUS (Tarragona):
  Asesment and commerce of a big Commercial Park, 25.000 m2, in the towncenter: Multiplex Cinema, bowling, family entertaiment, gym, food court and general commerce. It will be the best commerce project for Reus city. Coming soon in the end of 2002 year.

• NEFITEL:
  Asesment in a commercial place in Albacete and implementation about 15 shops in Spain.
  

• AIRTEL MOVIL:
  Purchasing of 5 shops in Madrid.

• Zena Group: FOSTER'S HOLLYWOOD, PIZZA HUT, TACO BELL, BURGER KING:
  Purchasing and renting of several shops in Spain.
  Operations volume: 1.000 m2
  Asesment , purchasing and renting of a ground to promote a Multiplex Cinema on "New Center" of Valencia, about 4.000 m2, totally rented to Warner Bross Theatres.
  Asesment of a commercial place in the Genova street, in Madrid, for "Cafe Jamaica", 120 m2.

  Purchasing of several shops in Spain in middle-town and Commercial Centers.

• MOTHERCARE:
  Relocation and implementation of shops in Spain (Madrid, Valencia, Zaragoza, etc.)
  Operations volume: 2.500 m2

• Pinturas Valentine, IBERCOAT "DECOCENTERS":
  Representation and implementation of 300 shops in Spain in 5 years and 150 shops in Portugal.
  In three 1999 we have acquiered 18 shops in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Vigo, La Coruña, Orense, Alicante, Valencia, Segovia, Ávila, etc.).
